Teryikaki Chicken + Bok Choy
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bok choy
Olive oil
Salt + Pepper
Garlic
Chicken
Soy sauce
Honey
Balsamic vinegar
Rice vinegar
How to make it
CHICKEN
Cut chicken into small chunks and pan sear with sesame or olive oil and black pepper for 5ish minutes on each side.
Make a sauce with 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 3 tbsp rice vinegar and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
Once the chicken is slightly browned, add in the sauce and reduce to medium heat.
Let cook until sauce thickens.
Top with sesame seeds and serve with rice and bok choy
BOK CHOY
Thoroughly rinse bok choy and slice in half long ways.
Thinly slice some garlic and throw it in a pan with olive oil on medium/high heat.
Once bubbling, add bok choys face down and let sear till browned.
Add some salt and pepper and they’re ready to serve
