Teryikaki Chicken + Bok Choy

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bok choy

  • Olive oil

  • Salt + Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Chicken

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Rice vinegar

How to make it

CHICKEN

  • Cut chicken into small chunks and pan sear with sesame or olive oil and black pepper for 5ish minutes on each side.

  • Make a sauce with 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 3 tbsp rice vinegar and a dash of balsamic vinegar.

  • Once the chicken is slightly browned, add in the sauce and reduce to medium heat.

  • Let cook until sauce thickens.

  • Top with sesame seeds and serve with rice and bok choy

BOK CHOY

  • Thoroughly rinse bok choy and slice in half long ways.

  • Thinly slice some garlic and throw it in a pan with olive oil on medium/high heat.

  • Once bubbling, add bok choys face down and let sear till browned.

  • Add some salt and pepper and they’re ready to serve
