WHAT YOU NEED:
Flatbread
Mozzarella Cheese
Tri-Colored Cherry Tomatoes
Peaches
Boursin Garlic and Herb Spread
Feta Cheese
White Onion
Balsamic Glaze
Lettuce from the Garden/Arugula
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Assemble flatbread first. Spread a thin layer of boursin with a thin layer of mozzarella following it.
Quarter your tomatoes and throw those on next.
Thinly slice your peaches and onion and throw those on.
Bake this for about 10 minutes until the cheese is gooey.
Immediately top with arugula, feta cheese and balsamic glaze.
