WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Flatbread

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Tri-Colored Cherry Tomatoes

  • Peaches

  • Boursin Garlic and Herb Spread

  • Feta Cheese

  • White Onion

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • Lettuce from the Garden/Arugula

How to make it:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Assemble flatbread first. Spread a thin layer of boursin with a thin layer of mozzarella following it.

  • Quarter your tomatoes and throw those on next.

  • Thinly slice your peaches and onion and throw those on.

  • Bake this for about 10 minutes until the cheese is gooey.

  • Immediately top with arugula, feta cheese and balsamic glaze.
