peet’s favorite roasted carrots
WHAT YOU NEED:
Big ole carrots (my favorites are the tri-colored ones from TJ’s)
Salt + Pepper
Honey
Dried Basil + Oregano
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
Cut up carrots depending on their girth, half or quarter them long ways.
Mix them up with olive oil, salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Lay them out on pan with tin foil face down.
Drizzle honey on top of all of them (don’t over honey them, it’ll caramelize and turn into a gooey sticky mess in the oven)
Cook for about 10 mins or until the tips start turning brown.
