WHAT YOU NEED:
Chicken
Olive oil
Salt + Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Turmeric
Cumin
Thyme
Garam Masala
Pinch of sugar
Minced garlic
White wine vinegar
Soy sauce
How to make it:
First marinate chicken by rubbing with olive oil salt and pepper, then add spices and vinegar, soy sauce and garlic.
I never measure with this recipe I just do what feels right. But just a cap full of soy sauce to a few tbsps of vinegar to ab one clove of garlic.
I used to bake this at 450 degrees for about 10-12 mins, but I’ve found that I also really like pan searing it too. You can make many variations of dishes with this chicken recipe. I’ve done little nuggets, breasts, and sandwiches.
