PAsta SALAD

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Fun Shaped Pasta

  • Olive Oil

  • Prosciutto

  • Garlic

  • Shallot

  • Cherry Tomato

  • Basil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Peaches

  • Lettuce from Garden

  • Burrata

  • Balsamic Vinegar

How to make it:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  • First we are going to cook the tomatoes, garlic (full cloves) and sliced shallots with basil, a splash of balsamic, olive oil (enough to almost cover the tomatoes) and bake in oven at 250 degrees until the tomatoes look squishy.

  • Cook your pasta.

  • Air fry prosciutto until crisp.

  • You can either warm your sliced peaches in the oven, grill them or pan sear them until they get a nice slightly browned finish.

  • Mix your pasta when it is still slightly warm with the smushed tomatoes, shallot and some of olive oil.

  • Add your peaches (you can cut them up or leave them sliced.

  • Add crumbled and crispy prosciutto.

  • Add lettuce from garden and burrata and salt and pepper.
