pan seared cabbage
WHAT YOU NEED:
Cabbages (cut into wedges)
Butter
Shallot (finely diced)
Garlic (some minced and some sliced)
Capers
Basil + Rosemary
Red Wine Vinegar
Parsley
How to make it:
Put some olive oil in a pan on med-high heat and add sliced garlic before adding the wedges and fry the garlics up nice for garnish.
Add the cabbages and sear the wedges until they have a nice char. Get them black on the edges.
Put wedges in oven at 350 degrees for ab an hour.
Now make the sauce in a pan, add butter first idk how much just like add butter.
Once butter is slightly brown, add shallot, garlic and capers.
After cooking that for a while add some red wine vinegar to deglaze the pan.
Add basil, rosemary and/or parsley.
Take wedges out and pour sauce on top of them and add grated parmesan and fried garlic slices
