pan seared cabbage

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Cabbages (cut into wedges)

  • Butter

  • Shallot (finely diced)

  • Garlic (some minced and some sliced)

  • Capers

  • Basil + Rosemary

  • Red Wine Vinegar

  • Parsley

How to make it:

  • Put some olive oil in a pan on med-high heat and add sliced garlic before adding the wedges and fry the garlics up nice for garnish.

  • Add the cabbages and sear the wedges until they have a nice char. Get them black on the edges.

  • Put wedges in oven at 350 degrees for ab an hour.

  • Now make the sauce in a pan, add butter first idk how much just like add butter.

  • Once butter is slightly brown, add shallot, garlic and capers.

  • After cooking that for a while add some red wine vinegar to deglaze the pan.

  • Add basil, rosemary and/or parsley.

  • Take wedges out and pour sauce on top of them and add grated parmesan and fried garlic slices
