WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Naan

  • Olive oil

  • Crumbled gorgonzola

  • Shredded mozzarella

  • 1 small pear (thinly sliced)

  • Prosciutto, ripped into small pieces

  • Hot honey

  • Basil thinly sliced

How to make it:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Place naan on a baking sheet and brush on the olive oil.

  • Top with crumbled gorgonzola, shredded mozzarella, prosciutto and pear slices.

  • Bake for 14-16 minutes. Broil for 1 minute.

  • Remove from the oven and drizzle on desired amount of hot honey.
