WHAT YOU NEED:
Naan
Olive oil
Crumbled gorgonzola
Shredded mozzarella
1 small pear (thinly sliced)
Prosciutto, ripped into small pieces
Hot honey
Basil thinly sliced
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place naan on a baking sheet and brush on the olive oil.
Top with crumbled gorgonzola, shredded mozzarella, prosciutto and pear slices.
Bake for 14-16 minutes. Broil for 1 minute.
Remove from the oven and drizzle on desired amount of hot honey.
